“Functional renovated no-frills hotel; the only one close to the centre of stupendous Autun.”
For the price, very large and spotlessly clean renovated room and bathroom; well insulated from the very noisy street, less so from the corridor. Own parking around the corner. Good, if standard breakfast. In front of the station on the edge of the old town; Autun being smaller today than in Roman times, it's only 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral.

“TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY”
The room smelled VERY BAD Stains on floors and walls AND bed sheet covers Dirt under the mattress Cigarettes at the windows No towels when we came back around midnight and wanted to have a shower!!!! Smell of sewer coming out of the bathroom We tried to call to change the room + to get towels in the evening but the 24/24h number did not pick up !! The breakfast was disgusting even the Caffe tasted bad ! HONESTLY THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS and it cost us over 100 euros for one night !!
