Nothing..a scam..I checked in on my pre-paid reservation. Went next door to grab a bite. When I came back to the hotel the Front Desk Clerk told me they needed another $20 because all the hotels were sold out. I questioned his demand...he said his manager called and wanted another $20...crazy..to tired to fight it...absolute shit-hole

The kitchenettes were easy to use. Housekeeping were quit friendly. The lobby was clean.

Nothing the whole experience was awful and I didn't have a working toilet the whole time of my stay

The heat was not working in the first room booked so they moved me. The second room the key wouldn't work so I had to be moved a 3td time in.the cold

“Refrigerator ruined $800 worth of insulin.”

I'm on insulin the fridge didn't work I let front desk know .she told me to unplug refrigerator for 1 hour.meanwhile the food like milk eggs cheese cream all went bad from unproper temp from it being broken plus the unplugging. I had $800 worth of insulin that went bad becaus3 after her trick the fridge still didn't work . I let her know and she said she would send maintenence...he never showed I was there for 2 weeks ...roaches and $800 of my needed meds down the drain. For $72 a night room? The front desk lady told us to not hang around the property at night ..no loitering. Meanwhile when I would take my dog out at 3 am she would be tweeking on the property with some other sketchy characters. And the scene was suspect asf. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

“poorly arranged room and poorly fitted window shade”

the window shade did reach the bottom of the window. towels were used to block the outside light the bed was three inches from the air conditioner. the towels were threadbare the room was well used and it was clean as best as possible
