Very noisy location. They didn’t honour our booking.com reservation due to a glitch so we either had to pay extra or leave. We checked out

Having read reviews prior to my stay, i was apprehensive about my visit. Upon arrival i found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. Within 24 hours of staying we had clean bedding and towels, this was replaced every few days over our 10day stay and one day when it wasnt, we spoke to the reception to request this and they sorted it for us. The rooms were exceptionally basic but clean. There were no bed bugs as mentioned on reviews and the bed/pillows were comfortable. no bugs in the room, air con worked and the fresh coffee every morning was great. The place is a little run down & the area is pretty bad. we were constantly advised not to walk around there on our own but never seen any trouble. The motel is next to a busy road but it didnt disturb us at night. there was nobody hanging about at nights either and we always felt safe. Great for a night or two stay but for our 10day stay it was a little too basic with nowhere to store/hang clothes. the towels are also tiny so would recommend taking your own. all in all our stay was absolutely fine

Checked in at 12am paid 134$ cash because they said my booking was canceled had my child out there so went a head paid 134$ to get a room just to have to check out at 11am after we continuously ask Julio when check out time was and he told us it would be the next day. He kept saying how the credit card thing wasn’t connected to wifi so they needed cash I felt very much so scammed I do not recommend!!!

There was roaches and the wifi did not work. Also They had people working in a room above me very early.
