“Great base for a short break in Austin. Downtown location with excellent staff and a good rooms.”
Outstanding staff in all roles and at all levels. The rest was typical Hyatt House. We had a 1 One-Bedroom Specialty King Suite with Kitchen which worked perfectly for a six night stay. Breakfast was very good and the room was light and airy and constantly kept clean and free from debris. Location was very good too particularly for access to the University of Texas, Bullock museum and art galleries.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless, bathroom included. The kitchenette had everything you could need and was just as clean; you could genuinely cook a full meal in there if you wanted to. The location is super central, we had no trouble getting anywhere. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in town.

The noise from venues around it, they have no control over it but it’s noisy to 12-2am depending on the day. Be aware!!!! We checked out a day early as the boom Boom on the Thursday night was just too much.

Very good location in the city center, close to the congress building and 6th Street. The apartment concept is great, with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Breakfast is a typical American style — nothing special, but perfectly fine. The bartender was amazing and shared a lot of useful information about Austin and places worth visiting.

Amazing staff, big thank you to Sergio. I wish all hotels had staff like him. We got a free upgraded room. Extremely happy about it. Very comfortable bed and pillows, large room with a kitchen and all the utensils. Very clean and nice breakfast. Definitely will come back!
