“Better than expected for next to highway hotel”

“EXTREMELY DISAPOINTING.”
When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and we had to wait approximately 5 minutes before someone came. Floors were dirty. One of the elevators was out of order. Cabinet door in our room was missing. Lamp shade in our room had been previously damaged and had not be replace. Bathroom door did not fully close. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Snacks available for purchase were extremely limited and had not been restocked.

The hotel is clean and offers coffee and tea amenities in the front lobby. Enjoyed the room pretty spacious for two queen beds. Did not see anything dirty, or concerning. Breakfast was very nice, also very busy for a weekend but expected especially on a holiday weekend.

“Disappointed”
Well every other place I’ve stayed in around Austin area breakfast was earlier. The sofa bed mattress was wore out hurt my daughters back and then mine. The prices of hotel were way too high. I’ve been in bigger rooms for half the price. To me and my daughter we were down looking at colleges and this was not worth the price for the 2 nights we stayed will NOT be coming back to this hotel.

Didn't like that you had to be a member to get free wifi. It messed up my work computer not being able to log in. There were not any notifications in the room mentioning how to use the wifi.
