“Staff excellent, cleaning disgraceful.”
Room cleaning seemed to be non existing. Bed not made up and bins not emptied.

“Overall the stay and experience was good. Very nice lady at front desk check in.”
The breakfast was great, hot and fresh. The diner area was a little crowded when more people arrive for breakfast.

They blessed me and upgraded my room to a Suite because my original request to have a room close to the rest of my family staying in other rooms was not done so they corrected that and upgraded. Awesome Customer Service! :-)
