“Great price for a spacious room, yet staff lacked professionalism and interiors were outdated”
Great price for a suite. Bed was clean and there were 2 smart tvs available. Kitchen seemd decent for a temporary stay. Keep in mind I was only there for one evening. The rooms were spacious and the property was quiet at night.

1. Place was filthy - lobby had an overflow dried mud that had seeped in under the door. 2. Homeless people lingering all over. Mentally unstable persons throughout the grounds, barefoot, no shirts, black eyes, rambling and following people to their cars asking for money! picture attached. 3. card was charged $927.52 (10/19/2023) $880.72 (10/15/2023), & $880.72 (10/17/2023)- WE DID NOT EVEN STAY - ATTACHED 4. Bugs in the lights - MOVING when the lights were turned on. picture attached. 5. bugs and filth in the kitchen - picture attached. 6. All rooms/ halls / elevators reeked of cigarette smoke 7. A huge lizard roaming the hall on the 2nd floor. 8. A "tenant" had a large Pitbull on a giant chain out side his door on the 2nd floor - NOT SAFE 9. Bathroom was disgusting and moldy 10. Kitchenette area - the cupboards were falling off the hinges. 11. This is clearly a halfway house / homeless shelter - THIS SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR BOOKINGS!! THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE 12. Bugs scattered when the pullout couch was lifted up, not to mention it was beyond disgusting. Video attached. 13. No linens in the bathrooms. 14. Stated that there was "breakfast" - coffee and a vending machine does not qualify as breakfast - "grab & go" is what they told us. 15. We looked at three (3) different rooms hoping it would get better - IT DID NOT! We left and they charged my card for three (3) rooms! 16. The carpets in the halls were soiled and stained, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. 17. The A/C units did not turn on in any of the rooms- covers broken. 18. Curtains and window sills filthy 19. I have already made a call to the board of health. 20. The elevators were unmanaged and felt unsafe, cab panels were falling apart 21. "Tenants" screaming at one another in the halls, threatening one another. 22.
