“Worst hotelI've ever stayed at. Given the price was doubled because of eclipse, it was disappointing”
There was no coffee in room breakfast was a small dry cup cake, they were stail. The coffee was very weak. Just brown water.

“i wish i wouldve known even if i paid i wouldnt be able to stay...”
upon arrival after being charged for the room i wasnt in the hotel's system, then i was redirected and redirected in a never ending circle of being placed on hold. i was told to call the number for the booking agency and i was redirected to someother thrid party company. it ws a total nightmare.

Absolutley disgusting, we opened the door and a cockroach was walking on the counter. We turned around went back down the elevator and went to front desk to tell Gina (desk rep) She was extremely sorry and immediately apologized and reversed the transaction with no hesitation. Very rough experience, one that I've never had to date.
