“They charged me twice”
I made the reservation through Booking.com, and they also asked for my card when I arrived at the hotel. They charged me twice for a single night, and I am having a difficult time getting my money back. And that's not all. After I used my card here, I started receiving notifications of charges that I didn't recognize! Be careful.

“For sure will not stay here again.”
The staff keep knocking at my door after I already made payment for extension...just to remind me I needed to pay the incident fee.. so I have to rush to make a payment.. no patience in this place.. For some reason they need your mailing address when checking in.... Facilities are great.. but whoever manages this unit needs to speak to the unit manager about how to treat clients.. the room was also great. But again.. is ruin by a few staff members..

“Clean, comfortable, central location for busy Austin”
The room was very comfortable and clean, although clearly not new. We stayed 5 nights for medical appointments and visiting friends. The location is good for accessing freeways, although the traffic is intense no matter which direction you venture - but that is more Austin than the location of the hotel. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We felt safe in the area at and near the hotel. The staff was helpful and always available.
