I really enjoyed my stay, especially because of the excellent location—you can easily get around on foot. The hotel offers both a restaurant and a café, which was very convenient. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the valet parking service was very efficient, making the overall experience even better.

The inside restaurant was horrible. The waitress and manager were rude. They kept me and my 3 kids waiting for a long time. Passed our table multiple times and never acknowledged us. The waitress seemed high in something. Sje kept insisting there were 5 of us and there were only 4. We cane t happy hour and she never informed us it was happy hour. We showed up an hour before happy hour ended and bybthe time she took out order there was 10 minutes left on happy hour. We spoke to the manager but she acted as If it wasn't a big deal and she never returned to check on us.

Great location! Just 2 blocks from 6th street. Nice lobby with lots of places to sit. It was very hot when we travelled to Austin. So, it was nice to have somewhere to sit and cool off. I loved that Starbucks was in building. Rooms were nice and spacious.

“Memorable and fabulous”
Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, different variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was right behind the concert venue we went to. The valet service was excellent, too.
