I didn't like the mattress, there was no toilet paper, and they didn't leave us a sponge or dish soap. I think it would be nice to provide the basics for guests... I found the staff unhelpful the times I contacted them, and there was also one employee who was extremely rude... Another fact is that it would be great if they used a lockbox to leave the key outside the accommodation, it is complicated to take the key to the agency especially if you are alone and without a car because you will have to go down the hill with your bags to hand over the keys because it is impossible to get an Uber in Auris. If you go to Tomorrowland, avoid this place because taxis charge €150-€200 from Alpe d'Huez to Auris, there is no Uber in this hole...
