“Incredible stay”
Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms but above all the HUGE and Amazing breakfast, croissants, cheeses, yogurts, bread, fruit, juice, you name it it was there.

“Fantastic base for hiking in the region”
The Locanda is located at a key spot in Vallemaggia, close to many hikes, Grottos and also from Maggia but w/o being too close to urban areas - there is a bus stop just in front of the Locanda. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. The room we stayed in was big, very clean and comfortable.

Every room with a view. Nice garden for breakfast and to hang out. Easy access to the river. Easy to reach by bus from Locarno (20min). Lovely breakfast.

“What a great place to stay”
It's like staying at a friend's house. A very nice house with a great room ( way bigger than we expected), great hosts and a lovely and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

“100% recommended”
The hotel was very nice and the garden a great place for dinner and breakfast. The staff was extremely kind and easy going. Breakfast were delicious with plenty of homemade staff! We had a family bedroom which was very clean and we loved our stay there. Dinner was also homemade and very yummy. I am not a fan of Polenta and there it worths a try! very very good. We hope to be back soon.

Convenient specially for the transportation and very quitly..good for relaxing..Parking lot is good also not too far from the hotel.. We are satisfied and we come back here next time..

“Lovely place”
We only stayed for one night, in the family suite. It has two comfortable bedrooms plus a nursery with a little cot, and a nice bathroom with shower. We slept very well! The breakfast was great, with lots of homemade jams and yogurt.
