Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gateway Hotel Aurangabad! ✨ From the moment we entered, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff were truly impressive. Every staff member was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel were exceptional and reflected true five-star standards. The food was simply outstanding — delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant, peaceful, and luxurious, making the entire stay feel memorable and relaxing. Every corner of the property carries a premium vibe with beautiful interiors and top-class service. A perfect combination of comfort, luxury, hygiene, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sambhajinagar. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

A memorable stay made possible by a team of excellent hotel professionals that went the extra mile almost like a habit. Special mention to Mr Vijay Salve at the Travel Desk who single handedly made this one of our most memorable stays at at Taj property by far. So many others helped - Mr Kishore (Travel Desk), Ms Aditi and Mr Kushal (welcome and checkin), Mr Harshvardhan (Front Desk), Mr Eashman and his lady colleague (at checkout), Ms Kunika (Ask Helpline), Mr Uday and Mr Praneet (Latitude restaurant), Housekeeping and InRoom Dining also deserve special mention but we dont remember all the names, and the tall gentleman at the Lobby porch who did the most thoughtful gesture we ever experienced - having our car brought out from parking and opened the windows for ventilation before our drive back home (as the car was parked for 5 days). At no other Taj property has the car been brought out and opened and aired like it was done here. Wonderful team of Hotel professionals that work well together, the teamwork and camraderie is quite evident. Thankyou.

Very good location - a haven of peace in a busy city. Easy access to Aurangabad caves (excellent) and Bibi Ka Maqbara (fun in the evening). Very pleasant and helpful staff. Large and clean pool, sadly little used, although we used it a lot. Great geese in the garden. Very good food, and a bar with half-price happy hour.

“Old world charm and hospitality”
My husband and I spent a wonderful 5 days at the hotel and were overwhelmed by not just the ambience and charm of the building, but also by the wonderful service and hospitality given by staff. From check in, where we were received with a welcome drink and helped by Upasana, to our check out where we were farewelled with a sweet tidbit, from start to finish our stay was exceptional. We would like to thank in particular Aran, Aayush, Ananya, Mukund and Sainath Rathode from food and beverage. No request from us was difficult and they delivered with professionalism, politeness and a smile. We also had 5 pleasant evenings spent at “Tease”where Om made us wonderful cocktails. It would be remiss of us if we did not acknowledge the housekeeping team who ensured that our suite was spotless. They kept in touch throughout our stay asking if we needed anything and making sure that we were comfortable. We would also like to acknowledged the trainees who were very keen to learn and tender hospitality, which is the Taj way. We have no hesitation in recommending Taj Gateway, Aurangabad as a place to stay.
