The property is located in a gated community, nestled amidst regular apartment houses meant for households. The road that leads to the property from the main road is in pathetic condition. The surroundings of the property are very modest. The apartment inside is comfortable.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms had modern interiors and fittings. AC in both the bedrooms worked well as mentioned Insta Geyser, clean bedrooms

Nice property with 3 good sized bedrooms,2 bathrooms. Had wifi too. Location is close to train station. The check in process was smooth. Kitchen had a small induction stove, kettle n coffee. Utensils were limited but good for our needs.It was a perfect place for our one night stay in Aurangabad. Would recommend .

A 3BHK in a city with all facilities and a gated community at an affordable cost. The owner and care taker were polite and guided properly.The property is very spacious and perfect for a family of 6. 02 of 03 bedroooms had AC and in kitchen, a refridgerator, electric kettle and an induction cooker. There is ample space for parking your car

It feels like our home. So you don't feel that you're staying in a stranger's home.

The flat is big and well furnished with all the basic facilities needed like big size beds, AC, Fridge etc. Toilets were clean and tidy, even kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking like cups, glasses and vessels, induction gas and kettle. It gave proper homely feeling.

1. Very spacious place 2. Santhosh (care taker) was very supportive and will be there within 5 min when you call. 3. Super clean room, bathroom... 4. Starting from security to ground floor (key keeper), guided us a lot. 5. Community there is a store.. Where you can get all daily needs...milk/egg/rice/..... Even in the morning at gate i could get fresh vegetables and fruits... Good for self cooking. 6. away from traffic and noise. 7. All kitchen utensils available to cook our own food. 8. Best value for money. 9. I also learnt, there is a auto service available.. security can provide contact #..which will help to get to city/airport. 10. 2 Bathroom's has been renovated, it's good..pls do add pictures.
