Excellent stay. Host's reception was excellent detailed and to the point. Restaurant recommendation excellent. Even took us to church service in the afternoon. My wife was presented with a rose on departure.

Where to start ? I was given the warmest of welcomes by Yiena and another lady (who later delivered pizza 🍕 and beer). I had a problem with my bike 🚲 , so my bike was left with the mechanic Davide. I had the best experience at this hotel/bike shop. The staff are molto gentile and the apartments are outstanding . Bed and bike - what a great 👍 idea ! Io sono grato to you all ! Grazie Mille Lee

It was very convenient for cycling Via Francigena. Secure bike storage. Very comfortable and superbly appointed apartment. Delicious breakfast delivered to our door in time for an early start. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

“Fantastic stay for cyclists on the Via Francigena!”

If you are cycling the Via Francigena and plan to spend a night in Aulla, you MUST stay at Bed and Bike. They cater to every cyclist's need. Our host Elisabetta was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay great!! Her generosity was over the top. When we arrived she gave us a basin and soap to wash our clothes and gave us a warm place to dry them. While we were taking a much needed shower, she left a cold beer by our door. The B&B is in an industrial area and with no restaurants immediately adjacent so she made a reservation for us at a fantastic restaurant not far away and drove us to dinner and back. There is a huge bike shop attached to Bed & Bike. We had rental bikes that needed some repairs and she arranged that for us. The bike mechanics were top notch! A fantastic breakfast of eggs and meat and cheese and croissants and fresh bread and fruit and yogurt was delivered to our door. Our room was huge and comfortable. If possible we would give Bed and Bike a 6/5 rating!!!

Very spacious apartment, had everything I needed and was super clean. The location is a little out of town but the host offered to take me to a restaurant by car. I only stayed for one night but it was great!

Fantastic hotel with huge clean comfortable rooms, in a strange place but was perfect for us walking the Via Francigena and close to the train station. Recommend Genuino for dinner! Gabriele was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was hearty.

We went to Bed & BIke expecting only a night to spend between places. Instead we found one of the most fantastic places ever, especially considering that I am an avid cyclist. Ours was a large and bright apartment, very clean, overlooking a beautiful bike store where among other things I was able to buy, at a discounted price, some spare parts for my ebike and that I recommend to all lovers of this sport. But what struck us was the quality of service, the size of the apartment, and especially the friendliness and professionalism with which we were greeted by Elisabetta, who runs the place, and with whom together with my wife have had long chats. Another peculiarity: breakfast is ordered the day before, choosing from an extensive menu (excellent cream brioche ordered from the bakery!!! Local cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruit). All served at 7:30 am on a small table outside the room. The advice about dining experiences in Aulla given to us by Elisabetta also proved to be exceptional. I personally feel that this was my most pleasant B&B experience EVER. If I could, I would have given this B&B a rating of 20 out of 10!!! I can see why it boasts an enviable 9.7 on booking. If you don't like this place, you wouldn't even fit in heaven!

Everything!!!! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms!! The hosts Gabriel and Elizabeth were amazing!!! They spoilt us with complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived, then when the heard we were walking the Via Francigena they gave a huge breakfast and packed lunch!!! Bless them!!! Elizabeth kindly brought our washing in when it was raining and dried it for us in her drying room. Ooh and they dropped us into town to start our day.Lovely place lovely people!!!
