I was very happy with this accommodation. It is very clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy and there was heating in both the living area and bedroom. Entry into the room was easy and communication with host was great. I would happily stay again.

Warm and spacious. Friendly host

Love the location, the large lounge/dining room, large bedroom, great shower. Good parking, juice, yoghurts, bread and fruit in the fridge. Heat pump, kitchen temperature and deck area with seating.

Clean, beautifully kept and attention to detail shows the thought put into creating a welcoming home-away-from home. Great location for us. Easy direct street access and parking. Secure gated entry. Host Arty had everything ready with so much brekky food in the fridge, we barely touched it. Bed was toasty and warm for us Gold Coasters feeling the autumn chill. Electric blanket and extra warm blankets available. Modern clean bathroom with toilet and shower fully kitted out with heated towel rail. Quiet retreat space to park ourself with a homely vibe.

Close to family who lives in Henderson. Quiet, clean, very comfortable, and enjoyed the snacks and cereals provided for us. Clear instructions for the entrance and lock key.

The place was cosy, clean, and super nice. Big apartment with comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. Make sure go eat lunch/dinner at Bodega Eatery - it is 8 mins drive by car and the food was one of the best in New Zealand.

Very comfortable stay in a handy location

The place was quiet, cozy, and clean. The owner was very careful and thoughtful to prepare everything we needed. An extra warm blanket and electric blanket were wonderful ideas. Breakfast was a bit simple, but compared to the price, everything was perfect and nice. Thanks for everything. ^^*
