“Great city view”
We were welcomed by staff that genuinely enjoyed their job and were friendly and welcoming. Our room 405, on the fourth flood had fantastic city views including the sky tower. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, generous supply of tea and coffee and really milk. This Hotel is a charitable Trust that donates Millions to different charities and organisations so we were more than happy to support such a wonderful cause. The room was exceptional value for money. Shower was good, bathroom small but clean and functional. On-site free car park is a really bonus in Auckland. 5-10 minutes walk to Parnell shops. Longer walk city which we did not do. We will definitely make this our new place to stay when in Auckland.

The staff, bed, restaurant, shower and everything else you could think of including cleanliness was brilliant. We didn't want the hassle of being in the Auckland CBD and we took a chance staying in Parnell. One of the best motels we have stayed in and restaurant meals and friendly staff just topped it off.

“Great central stay!”
Lovely spacious studio room with kitchen and en-suite. The space was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly on arrival and good late check out (11am) was handy. Location was great too for a walk into Parnell. Can’t fault it !
