Very comfortable, spotless, and quiet. Terry and Cindy were lovely people to meet. We enjoyed a breakfast with them one of our days. The location was good with easy access to the train station and coffee shop and supermarket.

We felt very comfortable here. We really enjoyed the breakfasts we had together. Thank you, Cindy, for helping us so much with our problems.

Cindy and Terry are two of the nicest people you would ever wish to meet. They are very, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was lovely to share breakfast together which was lovely and fresh. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful B&B in a nice neighbourhood. Clean and spacious room, quiet and excellent breakfast.The hosts, Cindy and Terry, are very nice and give good advice on restaurants, shopping and excursions. By bus in 10 minutes in city centre, bus stop 50m from the B&B. Parking in front of the house. This accommodation is a good choice for a stay in Auckland.

“Perfect 3 night stay, easy 10 minute ride to downtown”

Gracious hosts, who made us totally comfortable. Beautiful place to stay. A bit separated from the main home for privacy. Cindy helped us fix a suitcase, with an old fashioned lock we couldn’t get open. Lovely breakfast. Great tips about the city. Easy 10 minute bus ride to downtown. Nice wee plaza, just a couple of blocks away, with coffee shops, bakery (with pies!), a convenience store, a tapas bar…Would definitely book here again.

Very comfortable everything I needed

I really liked the size of the studio and the facilities like WiFi and stove and entire kitchenette. The bathroom was also great and queen bed was very comfortable.

The bed and breakfast is more like a small flat, it is spacious, quite and has everything you need for a nice stay. Terry and Cindy are a very lovely elderly couple who invite you into there home to have breakfast with them. The breakfast is simple but very good and fresh made.

The breakfast was simply delightful, and the company was even better. We were treated to delicious baked treats throughout our stay, a sweet touch we truly appreciated. The location was incredibly convenient—a short walk to the bus stop that whisked us into Auckland's vibrant city center in no time.

Very comfy bed, lots of hot water and water pressure for the shower, lovely hosts and a well equiped kitchenette. It's on a quiet street location with direct access to the city centre by cheap public transport.

Very cozy, comfortable and Cindy and Terry are absolutely lovely. Cindy is very friendly and helpful. The space is ideal for a couple or single person and the neighbourhood is quite and easy to commute to the CBD and the beaches such as Mission Bay.

Location was excellent with the city bus up to the address almost up to the door. Breakfast with the Hosts was enjoyable, and relaxing.. New World 15min walk from address. Would stay again.

The room was huge and had everything you needed - the bed was comfortable, there were cookies and fruit left. Everywhere was really clean. I would be happy staying there for an extended period. Terry & Cindy were really friendly and accomodating.
