“Family stay in Central Auckland”

The location makes walking around the city centre near Aotea Square and Sky City very accessible, and it is also handy to motorway access. We were able to use the on-site carpark. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Customer service is always excellent and the location is great. They were also kind enough to give us an upgrade on our room as well

The property was absolutely perfect and such great value for money, my room was upgraded to a studio with a kitchenette which made it easy for me to cook meals if I needed to (with all appliances provided). The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were so lovely. The FOH staff Victor who checked was amazing and was a seamless experience. Victor went above and beyond with his customer service and ensured I had everything I needed before heading to my room. I also had the lovely Hannah for check out and also ensured that this process went smoothly. Will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic location — steps from attractions and great restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. A minor heater issue was sorted immediately by staff, who were warm and helpful throughout. A wonderful stay — highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Love the displays of kiwiana dotted around the reception & foyer. The food in Vie & Fond(ou) is absolutely delicious. We ate there everyday. Our room was immaculate, clean & serviced daily. Special mention to these staff members for their wonderful service: Nicklas @reception and Garfield, Laza & George @Vie :)

Check in was easy, and we paid for a car park - it was a bit cheaper than surrounding carparking facilities, and was behind a security gate. Hotel is close to central Auckland, walking distance from where we wanted to eat and see a show. Room was very clean, bathroom good size. Heating was great for a chilly night. Liked having a tiny kitchenette and a fridge. Lifts were fast. Bed was pretty good. Large room.

All good no issues but did not eat here as we had the apartment at the top as we needed a washer dryer.

Location was perfect. Room was very clean and had all necessary facilities. Service was excellent. You could even buy some souvenirs there. I really like how the lobby was decorated. Very nice vibes

Location, 4 cozy bedrooms, clean, spacious living room, laundry. Staffs were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I met Oki and Gracia who are indonesians, Nicholas and another very friendly staff who helped us with TV cable connection. Overall is excellent, we will come back again
