We liked the access to the window and the arrangement of the bathroom. It was really clean and easy to access. The location was really good. We loved going to the boulangerie which was a minute away, there were corner shops minutes away and a lot of food vendors available.

We liked the interior choices; everything looked well-decorated. We also really enjoyed the amount of storage spaces and how easy the processes, such as check-in and check out where. Another positive aspect was how quiet the building felt, giving a very peaceful vibe perfect for relaxing, which was only increased by the blackout blinds mounted to the windows, which again let us rest no matter the time of the day.

Nice comfortable room, bed was great as was the shower. Sofa bed was also comfy to sit on. Tea and instant coffee in the room. There was a kitchen down stairs to use, but no kitchen utensils or crockery. No corkscrew. This is why I have not given the facilities an excellent. Free WiFi down stairs, but WiFi in room would not connect

Brilliant service, fast responses on email to any questions. Without asking, the hosts did everything they could to have the room ready for us for an early check in.

I had a very nice stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The host team was excellent — very responsive, helpful and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well looked after throughout my stay. I’d happily recommend this place, especially for the quality of the space and the kindness of the hosts.

The facilities are very nice, cute room and very nice inner court yard. Metro to Paris and University as well as shops (bakeries, cafés) are just around the corner. Communication and check-in were very smooth.

We rented the Deluxe room, and it was nice overall. About 2 minutes walk from the metro ( line 12 ). Plenty of Pâtisseries & fast food joints to choose from, 10-minutes walk to Auchan supermarket. The host was really nice, quick replies. Made mine & my best friend's stay enjoyable.
