Spotless, and the area is very secure. It is also a walking distance from Lidl and in front is an asian store. It has an elevator and secured entrance. Very convenient place and spacious. All you need in the kitchen is available, like the cutleries, pots, and pans.

Within walking distance of the underground transport and grocery shops. The place was neat and clean.

The apartment is fantastic, spacious and secure. Maximilien was super responsive and made us feel welcome and organised! Having underground parking is a bonus and it’s a really short walk to the line 12 metro. Loads of shops and amenities nearby.

Big apartment, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, facilities (coffee machine, washing machine, TV, balcony, elevator). The property was easy to access but quite far from public transport stations. Good value for money but the property requires a security deposit before arriving at the stay that is a pending transaction held until the host checks the property for any damage and is then cancelled.

Very clean and owner was very responsive , mairie d'aubervilliers metro station is only 500meters away and 9 mins walk . Able to find the shops near the metro.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything you need is available and works well. Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to metro station, bus stop is 5 minute walk away.

Quite spacious, close by grocery stores, few mins walk to buses and metro stations, nice location, cool neighbourhood, prompt response and easy access to the appartment.

we received a detailed instructions on check in and it was easy to follow. The apartment is clean, spacious and true to its advertisement, since it’s summer the room is warm but the owner was very approachable, easy to contact and was generous to provide us with 3 new Electric fans just to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommendable, good value for money.
