“Perfect holiday home for a relaxing stay, good communication with the helpful owners”

The property had a lovely setting in a nice neighbourhood. The property had everything you needed and was perfect for two families.

A lovely house It’s newly redecorated with lovely interiour. Very spacey livingroom and nice bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Nice to also find a washing macine in the big house. Great outdoor areas with a twrrasse and large swimmingpool and a small training hut that we enjoyed. The big garden is fenced and our grandchildren loved the space. The annex is big enough for a small family and with a washing machine and a freezer (should have been a refrigerator) Large parking space in the shade for the cars was also unique.

The Interior of the property was excellent and comfortable. We had to call the owner to find out how to gain access to the property. Pool was excellent and well enjoyed by all the familiy although some of the pool tiles need attention. Annex was used and in good condition although a hand rail to the upstairs bedroom would be a good addition. Property well situated close to Houlgate and Villiers Sur Mere although we went to Houlgate a lovely town. Market day there is on a Thursday and best supermarkets are the Super U in Caborg.

The accommodation is formed of the main house with 3 double bedrooms and an annex in the garden with a further two double bedrooms, perfect for family or groups of friends. The kitchen and lounge/dining area are perfect for the whole group to come together. The outside area is spacious, great for everyone with a nice heated pool to take a dip when the heat requires. Parking for 3/4 vehicles, good location for exploring the Normandy area. We attended the D Day 80th commemorations and it was perfect for the British and Canadian sectors.
