“Basic but clean accommodation. Excellent location but steep stairs with no lift.”
The room was very basic, just beds and a bathroom. There was no lift which I was aware of but the stairs was narrow and steep so not suitable for elderly or unstable person.

“I spent the night outside on the street. So, as a result, it wasn't great, to put mildly.”
I was staying down for an all day event. I left my bag at lunchtime as my room wasn't ready so they told me that it was fine and to just come back later. I was out for the day and when I came back that night, around 1, the property was closed. While understanding it was late, I assumed that they would call me to let me know I needed to collect keys. I spent the night wandering the streets as nobody answered my calls and I had nowhere to go. Also, nobody contacted in the morning to even apologise. Once again, I understand that it was my responsibility to be there to check in but no information was given to me to tell me that they were closing. Also, the fact that they never even contacted me afterwards in my eyes is very poor form.

We got an email that someone would meet us there we were left outside for over an hour. Had to cancel the booking and we went to the radison that was lovely. The Bailey did Ring back 2 and a half hours later and apologized won't be going back.
