Overview
Located in Athlone town centre, Arch House is just 2 minutes' walk from the historic Athlone Castle, Old Town, and River Shannon. It offers rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi, free parking and home-cooked breakfasts. All rooms at the B&B offer tea and coffee facilities and cable TV. Ironing supplies and laundry facilities are also available upon request. Traditional cooked Irish breakfasts with homemade breads are served each morning at the Arch House B&B & Apartments. “Convenient and clean overnight stop on drive from East to West”
Great location for an overnight stop on the way from Dublin Airport to Doolin. The owner is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. Onsite/private parking was a plus.

“Good BnB but make sure you ask not to get room7”
Don’t go near room number 7 in the summer. No windows… just a patio into the car park. I stayed on a particularly hot day but literally no way to get fresh air unless you’re happy to open your door that is situated in the car park
