Incredibly central location, clean and safe area, cute coffee places around, walking distance to everything really. The apartment is huge and really nicely decorated. Washing machine is available too, if you need it. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony... like I could keep going. Just book your stay here, you won't regret it. :-)

Great neighbourhood, very close to all tourits attractions. The property had all the items we needed to truly feel at home. It was worth staying here!

The location was superb. 5min walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. Tons of shops, cafés and a supermarket right at your doorstep. Check-In went smoothly even after midnight thanks to excellent communication with the owners and a lockbox with the keys outside of the building. The apartment is cozy, clean and nothing is lacking or wanting.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Athens. This cozy apartment exceeded our expectations! It is spacious, featuring a bedroom, living room, washroom, small kitchen, a large entrance hall, and a charming balcony. The location is exceptional, situated just a 3-minute walk from the Acropolis. Its central position made everything conveniently accessible within a short walking distance, including cafes, numerous restaurants, pubs, shops, bakeries, and major tourist attractions. We did not need to use any transportation throughout our stay. Despite its central location, the apartment is in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful environment. Although the property does not include breakfast, this was not an issue as there were plenty of excellent breakfast spots nearby. During our week-long stay, we enjoyed exploring a new breakfast place every day. The self-check-in and check-out process was seamless and provided us with great flexibility. The owners were consistently prompt in their communication and provided a helpful list of recommended places to visit. Additionally, they allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. For added convenience, there are several self-luggage storage options available nearby. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Athens. “A great all round experience.”

The location was perfect for us as we walked everywhere from the Apartment. Everything we needed was supplied - washing machine, kitchen equipment, jug, coffee maker etc was provided. Marita kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable. She also provided ideas for food options, booking transfers to and from the Apartment & luggage storage. A wonderful hostess.

“Realy Home Away from Home”

The location is perfect. A quiet place in the city center. Close to Plaka and Acropolis. Owners are so welcoming and helpful! They sent a very detailed and easily understandable information how to get key in the key box. We loved our time in athens and loved our time spent in the apartment and on the balcony. Perfect apartment for 2 people. Close to metro and supermarket. Metro access (metro station "Sygrou-Fix" is about 270 m from the apartment). Tram No. 6 (tram stop "Fix", next to above mentioned metro station) gets you to the beach Edem, it takes about 30 min.

“Perfect place to stay in Athens - loved it!”

Such an amazing place to stay! Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Athens. The hosts were super responsive and helpful (provided tips etc). There was water on arrival, everything was super neat and clean, but felt homey at the same time. We only stayed 2 nights but honestly could've stayed a lot longer! Perfect location to sightsee (close to the acropolis), and the neighbourhood has loads of nice cafes/wine bars/restaurant. Felt very authentic but at the same time close to the touristy areas.

“Athens Stay”

Amazing stay! Marita and George were fabulous; they were quick to respond to our messages months before our trip and also during our stay. The apartment is located in a perfect area, just outside of the main strip, which meant it was quiet and only a very short walk to the restaurants and main attractions. The suite was very clean and beautifully decorated. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and accurate. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple. We stayed from September 8-11, 2024.
