This is a great studio apartment in the perfect location for exploring the main sites of Athens. The host did a fantastic job of offering up recommendations about where to visit and was waiting for us when we arrived. From the apartment, restaurants, bars, coffee shops are no more than a minute walk from the property. Would recommend for couples who like to get out and about exploring in what is a great city.

This clean and comfortable apartment is in an ideal location, steps away from several bars, restaurants, shops, and tourist sites, as well as the metro. It was spacious and well-equipped, and we loved the view from the large balcony outside. The bed (which folds down from the wall) was easy to put up and down, and was extremely comfortable. Elias and Martin were friendly and welcoming and gave us a lot of recommendations for places to go in the local area.

Martin's bijou apartment is in the best location and is very well equipped, we had a brilliant stay. Martin was there to meet us and is lovely, all his recommendations for places to eat and things to do were top-notch. Elias The administrator was also really helpful and communicative. The description says "sofa bed" but actually it's a bed that pulls out of the wall and it is extremely comfortable!

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect! The balcony that surrounds the apartment is wonderful to sit on after a day of sight-seeing. The apartment itself is spacious and very well equipped with everything. Superb 5* would highly recommend!!

Perfect location in the heart of Plaka but the street itself is quiet so we had no complaints about any noise. Nice big balcony which gets the sun. Flat was clean and well equipped.

This was a great little apartment right in the heart of the Plaka area, nice and cosy but stylish feeling, very clean and looking out over the narrow streets below - an atmospheric neighborhood, but the apartment is peaceful and quiet in what can be a busy part of town. Martin was very kind and attentive, very hospitable to deal with and met us personally to help us settle in. Much appreciated! A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
