Excellent hotel choice in the centre of Žatec. Comfortable, warm rooms with a lovely view onto the street. Thoughtful little touches like a sewing kit and beauty kit - small details that really show how much they care about guests. A Smart TV that’s actually smart, properly connected with apps (always appreciated!). Great water pressure in the shower and lovely shower gels, shampoo & conditioner. The dining room is beautiful, almost like a ballroom, with tall ceilings and a lovely atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The room exceeded expectations, it was big, bright and very clean. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. While I didn’t expect luxury given the price, basic cleanliness was definitely missing. The towels had stains, and the sheets on the bed seemed questionable—there were hairs all over them, which made me wonder if they had even been washed after the previous guests. To make matters worse, the trash bin in the bathroom was full when we arrived. We got in close to midnight, and since the reception closed at 8 PM, we didn’t bother calling for help. However, when I had reached out before making a booking, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, explaining how we could check in late, which was appreciated. While I understand it’s not a luxury hotel, I still expect at least basic conditions like clean sheets, towels, and an empty trash bin. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Breakfast was good by the way

Average breakfast but tasteful. In the town center. Good and safe car parking. Helpful staff.

Excellent location with easy access to the town centre, free parking directly outside the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room well equipped (fridge, kettle, sofa, coffee table) and of a good size with lots of natural light. Shower pressure on point. Pleasant retro decor (though some of the furniture in the room could use some TLC).

Generous room size and separate toilet, good choice and breakfast. Clean and tidy rooms. Old-fashioned vintage style.

We liked how big and spacious the room was with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and with a nice, firm mattress.
