Very convenient location, only a few minutes walk from the train station which was a key criteria for us to get to our early morning train. Great value for the money. Very friendly staff, upgraded us at no charge so that we are more comfortable.

“Great stay, the best customer service”
Excellent customer service we have stayed in over 300 hotels on our travels, but so far this hotel had the best customer service we ever had . The staff was absolutely brilliant friendly and helpful. Room and beds were comfortable and rooftop restaurant great food value food and large screen tv where you can watch premiere league and La Liga. This hotel also provide parking spaces.

Very nice and clean hotel, good beds. The staff is helpful. Assiut is a not touristy city with so many things to visit nearby and the people are so friendly and hospitality is great!

At Agyad Hotel. The bedding was well prepared and clean. It is clear that they ensure that linens are fresh for every new guest. Additionally, the towels were professionally laundered and came individually wrapped, which gave me great peace of mind regarding the cleanliness standards.

The location is right smack in the centre of the city The parking is safe and there is someone looking after our car 24/7 the cafe at the 10 th floor serve good food we dont need to wait long The staff at the hotel mr ismail,mr motaz and mr ali really make our stay an enjoyable one.the teat us like family help us throughout our stay.service was tip top.every question is answered well.they even send us to the bank to change to local currency.the room has everything you need .clean towels,complete toiletries,kettles,fridge etc bed was comfortable n clean.every staff there were so friendly and all smiley.we love our stay and hope to come back again Well done staffs of agyad hotel

Cleanliness of the room and linen. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Islam and Martez. Although we were parked on the street, there was a friendly car guard. The shops were very close by. The air-conditioning was effective.

It’s close to railway station which is very convenient and there are nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. The bed is comfortable with hot water for bath. The staff are friendly and giving advices.
