The staff at the Nile palace were very friendly, Bisho was great too talk to in both English and German languages. The pool is also a very nice addition to the accommodation and was refreshing and clean.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the room is very comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the owner, Bishoo, is incredibly kind and handsome, and Mustafa from housekeeping is hardworking and super friendly!

I had an amazing stay in Aswan and I’m very satisfied with everything. The hospitality was exceptional from the very beginning. Bisho and Ayman were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. They helped arrange my drop-off transportation, ordered food to the hotel for me, and handled every request with such care and professionalism. They also gave me a free room upgrade with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. After check-out, they kindly allowed me to stay at the hotel and continue using the common areas, including the pool, which I really appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

To: Booking.com Re Aswan Nile Palace: and Sharp Pyramids Hotel in Cairo' Re Aswan Nile Palace: We visited the property and realized that, although the view would be stunning, and the interior lounge space looked attractive, nothing else correlated with what we were expecting. The locality was far removed from town or any of the main Aswan sites, and it was right next to a major building site, with the road also being repaired. We told management that we were canceling our stay because we wanted to stay at the locality we booked. We therefore want to request Booking.com to please follow up to find out what is happening there and if we were charged at all. To: Booking.com About Sharp Pyramids Hotel in Cairo': Re About our earlier 'botched' booking with 'Sharp Pyramids Hotel in Cairo' : Here again there seemed to be a scam at work. Although the original booking had been confirmed for our stay at the carefully selected locality, the person who contacted us and fetched us from the airport took us to a completely different hotel, also with a different name, claiming that the hotel had changed it's name. He also insisted on immediate payment, even though he knew that we were very unhappy. Even though all staff members were great and went out of their way to make our movement easy it was not what we had booked. The hotel changed our inadequate initiall room for a lovely one, it was an inconvenience not to stay at the hotel at our carefully previously selected locality for proximity to both the old and new Egyptian museums.

The hotel is very well-appointed with spacious rooms and wonderful views looking towards the Nile. Bishoo, who runs the hotel, is super friendly and helpful. There is nothing he won't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He even helped us resolve an issue related to our onward travelling arrangements, which required fluency in Arabic.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere, which makes it a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Aswan. The highlight is definitely the view the Nile looks absolutely beautiful from both the room and the rooftop, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and discover the city. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view in Aswan.

I had a wonderful stay at Aswan Nice Palace. The view is absolutely stunning, both from the rooftop and from the room it’s truly one of the highlights of the place. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The service was also very good. Ayman gave me a warm welcome and provided all the information I needed for my stay. And Bisho helped me for my excursion by speaking with my driver, and even accompanying me late at night to make sure I safely got to the car. Overall, a great experience with kind and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it!
