Kotorian

Only a 7-minute walk from Kintetsu Asuka Station, Kotorian is a cosy Japanese-style holiday home that can be rented out entirely. It features a Western living room, a garden and a kitchen. It boasts a bath made from cypress wood, and Japanese samui leisure wear is provided. The Kotorian features rooms with a wooden or tatami (woven-straw) floor, divided by fusuma sliding doors. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the lovely Japanese garden. Guests can warm up at a Japanese irori hearth, and they sleep in traditional futon bedding. Wired internet is available. The living room offers relaxing couches, a coffee table and an LCD TV with a DVD player. The kitchen features stainless steel cabinets, and it’s equipped with appliances including a stove, a microwave and a fridge with a freezing compartment. Coffee, tea and cocoa are provided, as are condiments. Japanese-style townhouse Kotorian is a 12-minute walk from historical district Asuka, and an 18-minute walk from the ancient Kitora Kofun (Kitora Tomb). Amakashioka is a 20-minute walk and Namba area is a 1-hour train ride away. No meals are served. The property is within a 10-minute walk from a supermarket.
