“Perfect place with perfect view in Chora”

What a place! And what a view! A traditional house that has been renovated with really good taste. More spacious than it looks on the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, but still close to shops, the bakery and tavernas. Nikola is very friendly and the perfect host. We had a great time and hope to come back 🙂

Nicola's place is a beautiful traditional house, excellenr renovated. It is spacious, extremely clean, very nice decorated in a quiet yet near the chora center place and has everything you might need. We stay for 7 nights and we enjoyed the house and the wonderful view from the balcony. Nicolas is the best host and made sure we had everything we needed. Defimately reccomended ❤️

The house is large and cozy, beds very confortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The reason to stay in this house is however the terrace, with its amazing view

“Traditional house in Chora, excellent choice to stay.”

Excellent location overlooking the bay of Livadia beach with unobstructed views. The house is located inside the Chora and the castle so you don't need transport at night. It can house up to 6 people, it has a loft with a double bed that kids loved. Lovely balcony. Quiet location. Stunning views day and night. Kitchen was equipped with full breakfast from milk and cereals to orange juice and fruits, two kinds of coffee etc, full breakfast. The host picked us up from the port, carried the luggage in his car and drove to the nearest point, then he carried the luggage to the house. There is air conditioning on the living room but we didn't feel the need to power it up, the house has excellent flow of air and is built with traditional materials, stone etc, that doesn't get hot. There are fans in the bedrooms, it was more than enough cool for the night. The provide umbrellas to take with you on the beach if needed and lots of board games.

Views from property are fabulous. House feels authentically Greek, eg the old rustic doors, but with modern facilities. All mod cons were provided including air con if you need it. The food and drink items left for our arrival were very generous and helpful. The host was really friendly and informative. The house is spacious and airy. The balcony and its outlook are lovely. The location below the castle is in a quiet part of the old town and it characterful streets. A bit further to walk than some places but absolutely worth it.
