Overview
The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. The hotel's interior design combines modern features with references to Kazakhs’ nomadic history. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as an iPod docking station are offered. All rooms have a separate living room and a signature St. Regis Bed. A private bathroom with a bath and bidet, with bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries are provided. This hotel was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were well trained in hospitality. We especially want to thank our personal concierge who did a great effort in arranging our transport & searching for day trip activities. In the restaurant Ms. Akmaral stood out for us and did a fantastic job. Room was superb, very large and extremely comfortable bed. There were also other nice facilities such as a gym & swimming pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the best for us so far (in Kazachstan & beyond!).

Extremely helpful staff, excellent breakfast with good selection for all dietary preferences (it's not always easy to find a hotel with vegan-friendly selection). The valet and porter services were helpful.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!
