“I was there for 1 night for a football game and this hotel was the best option considering weather.”

“Very good choice for Astana.”
Great location for us that went there for a football match in Astana Arena. Just 5 minutes walk. Extremely helpful and kind staff. They organize our shuttle from and to the airport.

Bath was not clean. Previous visitor’s razor and toothbrush were in the shower area. Towels were not clean.

Hotel is very clean with good breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is also good. There is a huge supermarket next to the hotel which is open 24 hours.

The property was good, clean, with a good location. Then, the whole process of checking-in and moving out was smooth enough. The staff was friendly and able to help during the whole period of my stay. For instance, at the end of my stay I had to print my ticket for a plane and a staff at the reception helped me with this task easily.
