“Lovely staff. And a convenient location to stay.”
Location was good. The rooms were spacious. The sofa bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were nice. Breakfast was pretty substantial.

I loved my stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They listened to any request, and the place was very modern and relaxing. The restaurant and bar was also very good. I could have visited Astana and never have left. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and if I am ever back in Astana or Kazakhstan, I would definitely stay again. I probably wont be back for the foreseeable as Ireland is a long way away, but if anyone is ever interested in going, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

“top hotel”
This hotel was within walking distance of our partner institution, which we were visiting. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had breakfast in the restaurant only once, as we wanted to explore local cafés in the mornings, but we spent almost every evening there enjoying wine, coffee, or a meal. I genuinely grew fond of the place and always looked forward to returning each night. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. Most staff members spoke English, and if someone didn’t, they immediately found a colleague who did, even though I offered to speak Russian. The swimming pool was clean, and the pleasant music made the experience unforgettable. I travel a lot, but I have never encountered a place where the entire team works so hard to make your stay so enjoyable that leaving becomes truly difficult.

Excellent staff, helpful and very kind. Comfortable beds, tea and watter everyday complimentary at the room. Spa is not new, but very clean, salted and nice warm watter in the pool. Massages were great! Professional. Equipped changing room in the spa, with all necessities, sauna towels. Breakfast nice, but when they finish something (eg pancakes), they do not add more. So go there sooner than kids in the morning:-). I need to highlight mrs. Oxana (laundry). She is so professional, helped me with clothes and was very nice and kind. More staff like her everywhere.🥰

“Definitely recommend”
I have arrived late. At the time of arrival the kitchen was about to close. I would like to thank the Lobby Manager, Ms. Ghulzhan who helped me to check in and she made arrangements to place an order for a meal with the kitchen, before I was checked in. Excellent service from the team and from Ms. Ghulzhan. Good breakfast, fast wifi. The room is clean and comfy. The Hotel has a Spa and you are advised to book in advance.

“Acceptable”
Facilities of the hotel, quality of the room and furniture are quite good. Reustarant upstairs is not bad, but not reserve rooms at 5th floor because of caraokee. Gym and spa are good, however spa is not for free.

The Rooftopbar is outstanding. And life-music. Incredible view. Delicious food. Very silent area. Incredible breakfast with buffet with classic Kazakh food and also intercontinental breakfast. Delicious and with the incredible view it tastes super. Dinner with sunset 🌅 and music. Simply one of the best hotels in Astana. Clean pool, clean SPA. And the absolutely best THAI massage ever. You feel your bones again and feel 10 years younger. (For 2 days).

“Top service and facilities”
Amazing apart hotel with Spa, rooftop restaurant (highly recommended, food is fantastic) and perfect service. If you need cutlery/dishes, just just contact the reception and they will bring everything. Small supermarket and pharmacy is 10 mins walk, 30 mins walk to the city center. Free parking. Breakfast has various options
