The view and serene location

If we came back to Assisi we would stay here again. The apartment was huge and had a large balcony overlooking the valley beneath Assisi. The accommodation is in the central area so it is not far to walk anywhere. If I knew the accommodation would be this nice, we would have stayed an extra day in Assisi. The accommodation also provides everything you will need for the stay, including tea/coffee and some small breakfast snacks. Highly recommended.

We came as to piligrimage journey, to visit church, were St. Carol Acutis is burried. Hotel to that place is very near, I may say, it's neighborhood. All my family (2 adults, 3 kids) fitted in one, bigger room, so we didn't used other room. To the positive review I can tell - that smaller room (which doors is from street) was way more beautiful, and it's more modern, there was more light in it. Beautifull view from window (it's also exit to garden), panoramic view to Assisi. Floors made from stones (bricks), but sometimes it feels warm; we discussed with wife, maybe it's heated floor..? Interesting "kitchen" - it's in cupboard. I don't know, it's good, or bad, just interesting. Near shower is string for signal, if you feel sick when showering. Beautifull frescas on walls (only need some restoration). Who like medieval ages, bigger room desing is like that (long and narrow table, chairs is like for kings, blacksmith work on walls and ceiling, antique furniture, etc). Just for me, it's too dark, because there is only 4 wall lamps (plus additional 3 little table lamps), and there is only one window (exit to garden). Receptionist second day asked, do we need change towels and clean room, but we refuse that, because third day we were going to check out and early in morning go to Rome Airport. Receptionist allowed us just leave rooms keys on table (reception works only from 8:30) Parking is in Mojano, place is near hotel, there is escalator stairs going up towards hotel (escalator goes only up, and entrance to escalator needs parking ticket from Mojano). OFF TOPIC, EDIT: I don't know, why booking review shows "standart room" at my review. We booked two rooms - "standart" and "better room for family", we lived in that "better room for family", with second floor.

Superb location to explore Assisi on foot, especially since it is right by the exit from Mojano parking, perhaps the best place to leave your car in Assisi. To unload luggage expect hairrising trip through the very center of Assisi, otherwise pedestrian zone. Then leave your car in Mojano. Upon departure either repeat ordeal through the center or take your luggage down to Mojano parking using lift. Better option if you are not overloaded. The room we got was really special, former medieval gathering room of friar confraternity. The walls are from 12.-13. century, frescoes are new (fake), but look tasteful. We got a nice kitchenette to use, but the highlight was huge garden only for our use, with a view of the oldest church in Assisi. All in all, really scenic, picturesque and worth staying in.

Our suite was huge with a large living room and adjoining bedroom with incredible vaulted ceilings and an interior that featured frescoes and other features that enhanced the medievel architecture. We also had exclusive use of a large outdoor garden with a water well and an incredible view of the nearby cathedral and the Umbria Valley below. Absolutely enchanting.

Beautiful beautiful place and our suite was everything we could’ve asked for. The views were gorgeous, bedrooms beautifully decorated and we even had a massage chair to use. Would love to come back and stay there again.

Excellent location inside the city but also close to parking facilities. We had a very nice bedroom with a separate dining room as well as a garden terrace with beautiful panorama over the city.
