“Exceptional place and great value for money”
Fabulous location excellent views across the valley to Assisi . Spacious and lots of light and views from every room ! The restaurant was excellent … pool great as it was hot .

“Great place to stay for Assisi and Umbria”
It is in a quiet location just across the valley from Assisi which we could see from the apartment. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with adequate cooking facilities for our 10 day stay. Silvia is a great host and Sebastian served up delicious food in the restaurant. I enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon sun.

Excellent location and views from the pool and restaurant. Breakfast was tasty and substantial and dinner at the restaurant was beautiful. Really friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.

Excellent host, location, views and swimming pool. We choose to dine at the house, you will not be disappointed. Michelin standard food and supurb local wine! Great value!

Excellent location. Tranquil, beautiful clean, and very close to Santa Maria Degli Angeli and to Assisi. Very nice views especially from the pool. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was quite abundant.

“Assisi in the Mountains”
The location itself is beautiful. I remember early morning being in the pool looking at the wonderful view, it truly was fantastic. Sylvia was extremely helpful with any requests. Helped us provide a contact for taxis into Assisi. Messaged her prior to the visit and was always on the end of the fun if we requested assistance.

My daughter saw a spider crawling in the middle of her sleep on the wall right next to her bed. She couldn''t sleep at all. We' were provided bedrooms in the basement. The owner never apologized for it and she even told me to talk to Bookong.com service.
