Great location, at the bottom of the hill to Assisi with an easy bus ride up the hill. As other reviewers shared the staff don't speak English but we navigated fine. the room was simple and comfortable, a fine size for just one person.

The view from window is very beautiful, personel was very nice even though they don't speak English, we manage to get along.

The host was great, kind, nice and helpful. Accomodation was spacious and clean. We had quadruple room. We could sit outside as a family. Sunbeds available. Very nice outdoor and garden. Amazing view to Assisi. Parking available.
