“Charming country house offering everyting that kids love”
We truly enjoyed our weekly stay. It’s a great base to explore Umbria by car, all the main towns are less than an hour away. The place is lovely, it offers multiple attractions for children, including swimming pool, tree house and playground and many more. Our small house was very clean and well equipped. With the olive trees and farm animals around, we could really disconnect and relax.

“Amazing family of 6 stay in mountain villa with swimming pool”
Swimming pool, very nice cabins: tidy, excellent shower. Kitchen very well equipped and a very lovely touch: cupcakes upon arrival! Location is great: Spello and Assisi is so Close to drive! Also shops are available with 4min drive. Air conditioner was helpful as days were really hot

A car is a must have as the location is up in the hills there are no restaurants or bars near by the accommodation is excellent and the owner are lovely

Perfectly located and situated to visit Assisi (5 min by car) and sightseeing throug Umbria. Supermarket nearby in San Vitale (2 min by car). Very well equipped with everything needed. Firm bed. Coffee machine. Kitchenette furnished with basic products. Refreshing pool for the hot days. Animals and possibilities to play for kids. Charging station for e-car. Sophie and Davide are very nice hosts, uncomplicated communication (whatsapp) and advices anytime. Sophie even prepared some dolces to welcome us. Thank you!

Superb! Great nature view, still clean swimmingpool, lovely garden and cute animals. Our room was unique, with coffeemashine, fridge, wonderfull beding and furniture. Very comfortable sleep. Owners superhelpfull, they helped me with translation and everything after my car broken in Assisi. Lovely people. Thank you for delicious traditional italien welcome cake!

“Rural Umbrian bliss”
This is a lovely property down a quiet country lane, seemingly in the back of beyond, but only 2 miles outside wonderful Assisi. Davide and Sophie were friendly and excellent hosts. The accommodation is rustic but well appointed with good air conditioning, internet access and a third almost "spare" sitting room which we hardly used. The pool has a perfect setting among the olive trees and was really appreciated in the sweltering heat. NB A car is absolutely essential.

A beautiful place to relax with the family, peace, quiet, lots of space and beautiful views. We were greeted by the hosts with homemade cake. The kids loved the tree house, pool and animals the most.

“Rural accommodation close to Assisi”
The accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of reversecycle aircon to keep the rooms warm. Very comfortable bed and big comfortable couches in the living area. The pool looked lovely and inviting, but the weather was too wet and cold to use it. The couple who own the property are very welcoming and friendly, and discreet.

“Definitely a great place to stay near Assissi”
We were happily surprised by the very friendly owners and all the toys available for our boys to play with, as well as the well secured pool area. Our boys loved the animals.
