Surrounded by olive trees in a charming location on the hills of Assisi, Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA is just 800 metres from the historic centre and close to the sports centre. Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA boasts a beautiful view of a green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning. As well as enjoying the Umbrian and international cuisine in the restaurant, you can relax by the ample swimming pool in the garden, whilst your children play in the small playground. The hotel is built with rosy stone from Mount Subasio and its natural colour is enhanced by the marvellous sunsets. La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site.

“One night stop”
Very good location if you’re prepared to walk for 15 or drive for 5. If you like walking then you won’t regret staying here. We had a nice, modern family bedroom with comfortable beds, mini bar and good WiFi. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty, staff very nice. Breakfast was lovely too and gluten free was offered. Nota lot of choices but enough to keep you going. Very nice coffee offered by the staff. Parking secure

“Exceptionally clean hotel and brilliant service.”
The director Antonello is exceptionally helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast is fairly simple by British cuisine standards, but this is more than compensated for by a wide selection of cereals, yoghurts, and an appealing variety of homemade flans and cakes. The staff are exceptionally courteous, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. The rooms are very comfortable, ours, in particular, had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Assisi Valley. One of the key advantages of the location is its proximity to Assisi. The town is easily reachable on foot, with about a 20-minute walk to Porta Nuova, near the Basilica of Saint Clare.

“Perfect accomodation on a hot summer’s day in Assisi.”
It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

Very friendly, family run hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great pool and facilities. Very good local bus service into Assisi. Would definately stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

“Short stay in Assisi”
Good friendly staff. Backpack taken by mistake by another guest. General manager tracked the person down. Got it returned ok. Just great service and attention when it mattered.

“Great pool value for money.”
Had a pool which is why we chose this hotel. Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Cafe latte’s were lovely and so was the food. Clean neat bedroom and bathroom. Good value for money.

“It was very pleasant”
Room: The room was super clean and the balcony had a great view with 2 chair and table. Our room was very noise during the evening is we left the window open do to a road. Pool and garden: The garden around was spotless and the pool was great. Breakfast: it was very good. Staff very professional. The space was spacious. Restaurant: good food and not expensive. The distance from Assisi gate: the hotel is situated at 15 minutes walk. Transport: their is a bus stop just next to the hotel entrance with buses passing very often. This buses will take you to Assisi. They work on time.
