The appartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is great and offers an amazing view to Assisi. It has a great lawn, a pool and sun shade area for relaxing. Everything is new and very clean. Room is well equiped with a mini fridge and very strong and quiet AC. But the best of all was the host. He offered us a secure parking for the motorcycle, a glass of Wine upon arrival and afterwards some screws and tools to fix my motorcycle. If I could rate ut 11, I woud.

The place has a beautiful view of Assisi and its very easy to reach the city by car. The pool is a nice addition. The host was waiting fir us and was helpful. The room was quiet and had A/C. The bathroom was spacious.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly welcome, easy to find, parking, wonderful view of Assisi, lovely room and bathroom, well kept garden. Good nights sleep. Pool and sun beds. Easy drive to restaurants for dinner.

Beautiful place, it felt very cozy to stay there. Our room had a big bathroom and the bed was comfortable. There's a lovely pool outside if you want to relax a bit. Very friendly owner.
