“Dissatisfied”

I believed it was with breakfast but it was not. I had no Wi-Fi. My room was in the annexe and there was only 1 toilet roll provided for 3 days and 1 set of towels for the duration. No staff seen on-site when needed to ask for anything. The room was not cleaned in the 3 days.

We booked a triple economy but was given a twin bed and when we challenged the staff only then were we put to a triple room, but in the annex, an uncovered walk to another part of the compound. The beds were not made with blankets and we were only given two bath towels. There was no hair dryer in the room although it said it should be available

“A moment a peace in Assisi”

The location is wonderful. It is an excellent place for a retreat in Assisi with a chapel available, gardens and walking distance from St Francis Basilica. The view is breathtaking. We hope to visit again, but next time we will ask for the more modern rooms.

Great place to stay. It was very nice and quiet place. It was also quite close to the centre of Assisi, maybe 10 minutes by walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And there is also beautiful view

The best thing about this place is the budget price and the friendly staff.

The main building looked nice and the olive grove of the property was a beautiful setting. The ample land allowed for free parking and the short 10-minute walk up the hill to the centre of Assisi was fantastic.

The place is wonderful. A very attractive atkosphere located in a very atmospheric town. The only point is that there is no air-condition, which I think is in general OK, since most room appears to be easy to air. However, precisely our room No. 5 is difficult to refresh since the window is small. So it was baking hot during day and night. The shudders, for some reason are in the inside, which means yo cannot properly shade the room. The other room have much larger widow and I expect o be easier to cool down in the eveing. Anyway this is only a problem during the hottest periods. We had around 35C.

We were welcomed by friendly staff to a beautiful peaceful and spacious environment with wonderful views and a short stroll into the village.

“Perfect”

Fabulous location, in the countryside but only 20 min walk from old part of the town. Exceptional hospitality, very helpful and accommodating. Delicious breakfast - lovely croissants, a bit more fruit would make it perfect. 🙂. There were 12 of us and everyone loved their stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend to our friends too.
