An incredibly beautiful place surrounded by olive trees, with a truly stunning view! The atmosphere is peaceful and special. The breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared especially for you, which makes it feel very personal and welcoming. Even in February, the room was warm and comfortable, so we felt cozy throughout our stay.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Staff, house, room, breakfast, parking. The location is also perfect to start a walking tour around Assisi. Special praise goes to the young lady who served breakfast. She was so kind and in a good mood. We liked this place a lot. All recommendations!!!

Very scenic, dramatic location - an ancient and beautifully renovated house nestled in the hills just below the old town of Assisi with great panoramic views deep into the Valley. Great little pool and sundeck. Friendly and helpful mother and daughter team running the show and a lovely group of cats - came in with a sprained ankle and was very well assisted with icepacks etc! Had a small single room with a little freezer, Boiler and an assortment of teas. Simple but perfectly satisfying breakfast is taken in the former stables,.underneath its beautiful arches. See you again soon!

Marizza and Sara were fabulous welcoming hosts.. beautiful view of the surrounding area and away from the crowds from the city centre. The pool was great for summer and the breakfast excellent.

I had an excellent stay at the B&B, the staff were extremely accommodating and lovely they tried to make it as pleasurable as possible and they went out of their way to help with everyone. The breakfast was so good and you could tell that they really cared about the people staying there. The pool was really nice and the room was great.

“Beautiful accommodation with great breakfast”
Beautiful location close to the main town of Assisi with parking. We were short on time so drove into Assisi town but there is a walking path close by. We were greeted by the hosts on arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning from our friendly hosts. We wish we had stayed a bit longer to fully enjoy the surrounding views!
