Surrounded by forests and mountains in the Pyrenees, Residence Les Marquises offers fully equipped apartments and a swimming pool. Lourdes is only 3km away. All the apartments are furnished with a kitchenette, ensuite facilities and a seating area. They offer panoramic views over the mountains. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi at the reception and free parking is available on site. Hiking, rafting and mountain biking are just some of the activities on offer nearby. “Quiet place appropriate for seasonall workers”

The location was ideal - quiet and scenic, with a decentky sized, indoor pool with opening panels if hot weather, plenty of parking, bar / restaurant on site. The village Aspin is pretty. You could take a ramble into Lourdes along a nearby path in 50 minutes, play boules, eat at a picnic table and sleep peacefully. The beautiful little town of Argeles- Gazost was a short drive away. It was an ideal base for touring where you could self cater. The staff at the restaurant "Au coeur d'Aspin" were very obliging, managing to cater for an evening family reunion of 18 "avec plaisir" at short notice. You can pick up pizzas at the bar.
