“A wonderful venue marred by starting the day with crummy coffee. We will return,with a French drip.”
The breakfast in room is main reason why stay wasn’t excellent. The coffee was made by someone who doesn’t care, doesn’t value their morning cup. The toasted English Muffins were inevitably near cold. Bringing me two when I ordered one didn’t resolve this. Every day I said one muffin, hot, and I got two, cold. The prices for breakfast are very very high, and the value was at 1 out of 10. Almost sadly, after telling the room service people every day of the poor quality of the coffee, the last morning we went to Velvet and had a good breakfast and good coffee. So the hotel can make decent coffee, but can’t seem to get it included in room service. The morning coffee in every road warrior hotel I’ve visited was better. Are we making a big deal over the coffee? Little worse than dreading your morning cup.

The hotel was wonderful, the style, the staff, the food and the ambience. Whether you were looking for a time to chill or a meal in super trendy restaurant with celebs it has it all
