Big apartment, comfortable for all the kids, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a mamad (safe room), first floor, privacy on balcony, a bit of beach view, easy parking, comfortable kitchen and salon, swings on the balcony, and of course the jacuzzi! Close to shops, 10 minute easy and pleasant walk to beach, quiet and peaceful. Also close, by car, to new Eco Park and other sights. Nice lobby, residential building, 3 elevators. Didn't have time to visit the gym.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and the owner was also willing to help if I needed it. Flat is fully furnished. Nothing was missing. I felt home. I am travelling to Israel every 4 months, especially to Ashkelon, so definitely, I will use this accommodation again.

“The apartment had much to offer, and we enjoyed everything”

We are a family of 2 adults 3 teens and 2 elementary aged children. The apartment was beyond our expectations. The amenities- the jacuzzi and ping pong table served our children very well and the gym in the lobby of the building. The apartment resides on top of a strip of stores including supermarkets, restaurants and pizza shops. Down the road is a beautiful piazza with water fountains which light up at night. The beach and Marina are walking distance. The owners were responsive for every need.

The apartment is accessible from the underground parking or thru the walk in lobby with an elevator. That's nice. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels nice. The apartment was clean and the balcony large. Daniel is accomodating and helpful.

“Exceptional!!!!”

I have just completed my stay at this beautiful apartment with my family. We spent 5 nights and couldn't have asked for more from a place or a host. We found that it had everything we needed for comfort and was practical for all our needs. My mother really enjoyed the ensuit bedroom. The location was also great for us with the beach walking distance and car park space available. Daniel is an exceptional host as he really cares and goes out of his way to accommodate everything. Its the best place i have stayed in Ashqelon! Enjoy!

The property had everything a family needed, stores downstairs, ATMs, the mall, the marina, restaurants you name it, and the beach within a walking distance. If you have a car this property comes with a private parking spot, you just need to local to call the number to open the garage gate. The host was responsive and he even went to treat the jacuzzi just in case we will use it. We had a wonderful time, definitely will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. This is a little jewel in Ashkelon :)
