Overview
Surrounded by a large park, ideally located between Ascona and Locarno and 1 km from Lake Maggiore, Parkhotel Delta offers an indoor pool, a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool, a wellness area and an à-la-carte restaurant. Free parking spaces and free WiFi are available on site. The Delta´s wellness area comprises 3 saunas, a ladies only sauna, a steam bath, a terrace with sun beds, hydro massages and relaxation areas. A modern and spacious fitness centre is also available. The spacious, classic and air-conditioned rooms and suites at the property come with a marble bathroom, a flat-screen satellite TV and a minibar. Most also feature a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy dinner and lunch at the restaurant SALOTTO 1962 and DELTA BEACH LOUNGE, serving seasonal specialities, and have drinks at the lobby bar or the pool bar. Further facilities at the hotel include an 18-hole miniature golf course, a small football field and a volleyball court. Free bicycles for adults and children are also provided free of charge. The reception is available 24 hours a day. On request, a free shuttle service to and from Locarno Train Station can be organised. The Patriziale Golf Course is reachable within 800 metres and the Gerre Golf Course in Losone is a 4-minute drive away.

“Wonderful experience in Ascona: well located hotel with stunning gardens and a friendly team”
Although the hotel is a bit out of town the positive to this is that there is more space and it has wonderful gardens which can really be enjoyed on a sunny day. The shuttle service is very convenient so getting in and out of Ascona or Locarno is not an issue either. I found the facilities excellent and enjoyed the outdoor pool, gym and sauna area. I only ate one meal at the hotel so cannot comment on restaurants but they seemed well attended and had a good energy.

“Fantastic”
We were pleasantly surprised with staying at the same room we stayed before. That was a very nice touch from the the staff. Lovely spacious room with view to the mountains and pool. Amazing breakfast as always. The Spa facilities are also superb.

The staff was lovely. Very helpful and kind. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice and the pool was very relaxing. Overall very happy with my stay!

“A weekend of wonderful wellness”
The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant delicious. Cocktails superbly mixed. Pool area great to relax at. Sauna and gym spacious, clean. It all felt rather luxurious.

“Comfortable stay with great spa facilities”
A wonderful hotel with a beautiful spa area. I really liked that there is both an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool. For those arriving in Locarno by train — the hotel is about 10 minutes away by bus (the bus runs every 15 minutes).

“Great stay, Great Location”

The infra is nice with 2 swimming pools, saunas. The free shuttle bus to Ascona and Locarno is a big plus and was helpful The staff was very nice and helpful

Big, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast! I loved their cappuccino and my partner praised their chocolate cake. We also liked that they had an indoor and outdoor pool that was deep enough to swim properly. The room was also very spacious. The park is just amazing.
