Overview
Housed in a 16th-century building in the centre of Ascona, 50 metres from Lago Maggiore, Annie's Bed & Breakfast offers you rooms with flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Every morning a rich buffet breakfast including Ticino specialities is served on the patio. The Museum of Modern Art and the landing stage of the ferries are only a short walk away. The famous JazzAscona-Festival is held every year at the end of June or the beginning of July.

Even though it is located next to the church bell, we didn't hear anything. Annie was very friendly and the location was exceptional.

We had the best long weekend at Annie’s B&B! It was extremely comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Annie was very helpful and made the yummiest breakfasts for us. We would definitely recommend to others, and we will be back! Thanks Annie

“Perfect for price, location and hospitality!”
The breakfast was amazing and Annie made sure to have local food to have and was always willing to bring more! Very accommodating and helpful to recommend places of interest as well as explaining the Ticino ticket and providing pamphlets for all different attractions.

“Charming place in the historic center by the lake with super good hosts.”
The hosts are super nice, met us at the parking to guide and show the way to the B&B, explained everything very well, and even though we were 1h late for the breakfast, prepared it fresh. The location is amazing in the historic town and just few meters from the lake. The place is in the historic building and has a nice charm, nevertheless the room and facilities are very convenient.

“perfect and comfortable stay”
Annie is an excellent host, very caring and friendly. she make an easy but delicious breakfast with regional products. the rooms are clean and Annie’s friendly and open art made us feel very welcome and comfortable!
