great location! just a few minutes drive to the lovely old town Ascoli Piceno and the view from the house is spectacular. Great host, very kind. the even arranged a brand new crib for our child.

Amazing view of Ascoli. 30 minute walk into a brilliant lively town, although you have to cross a big busy road. Kind staff, very earnest and attention giving. Family friendly
