Great place. Perfect for a family or two friendly couples. We were with our friends - each had their own private room with bathroom, and we also had a common living room where we could eat and chat. Fabrizio was an amazing host who made sure everything was fine and that we didn't lack anything.

the flat is spot clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location - few minutes walk from the city centre and train station. Fabrizio is a great host, very friendly and helpful. He gave valuable tips and was very flexible with check in an out. I highly recommend a stay in his B&B that is very carefully maintained. I will definitely stay again in his place on an eventual next time in Ascoli.

The host was very kind and helpful. We got a delicious breakfast to our wishes with lovely fresh local products. The standard of the accommodation was exceptionally high, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent and quiet, just outside the old town but within 100 m walking distance just across the bridge. The private parking place was ideal and secure. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation.

Super location. About 5 minutes walk from the historic centre. You can park a car easily in courtyard. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Host was very kind. He got us advice about local restaurants and wineries. Good breakfast.

Very convenient B&B with a very helpful Landlord.

The B&B is actually an apartment located on the ground floor of an apartment complex. This was a bit surprising to us, but it was fine. Our window looked out over the parking lot, but also had an amazing view of Ascoli Piceno. We were there on a weekend and the town was quite lively, but once the evening settled down it was very quiet. Fabrizio is very kind and helpful. The room was large for a B&B and was comfortable. There was a very comfortable couch in the common area. There are just two rooms in the B&B, so it was very quiet inside.

“Ideal place to stay”

This small (2 rooms) B&B offers a quiet stay near the centre of Ascoli. The rooms are neat, clean and air conditioned. Its advantages are that there is free parking and a shared kitchen/relaxing space making you feel at home. A continental breakfast is included. Fabrizio, our host, was lovely: very responsive, helpful and flexible and great in providing tips for restaurants.

Location was exceptional, parking no problems, very clean and airy, Fabrizio was very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

The location is excellent for exploring Ascoli Piceno. Excellent communication with Fabrizio who also gave us tips on where to eat and other towns to see close by. The views over the ravine to the town through the living area windows was beautiful.

The Location and views. Just over the river from the historical centre and a short walk to the Popolo square. Our breakfast croissants were delivered punctually at 0730 each morning by our very obliging host.
