“Booking.com have failed”
We arrived at the hotel, it looked completely abandoned and looked closed with no one at reception. It was a sex hotel. Nowhere on your website did this hotel mention it was a sex hotel. We were totally discussed and cannot believe Bookings.com would have this hotel on their website. We felt totally unsafe and there was no way we would ever stay in a place like this. Bookings.com have been no help at all in getting our money refunded. Very disappointing on all accounts.
